Shipping
Each Care Package is shipped UPS ground at a flat rate of $7.50, only to the 48 contiguous United States (Please contact us for rates to Alaska and Hawaii). All Packages are shipped within 48 hours, or two business days, and usually arrive within 2-7 days once shipped. We do not deliver to PO boxes, except for colleges. We'll let you know if there is a problem!
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any Care Package you can return it to us within 15 days, with all contents unopened and in original condition for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be given in the manner in which you paid for the package at the time of purchase. Please contact us BEFORE returning an item.
Incorrect Addresses
We ARE NOT responsible for wrong addresses, if care packages need to be reshipped due to an incorrect address you will incur an additional shipping charge. If you choose not to reship the package, you will not be refunded the original shipping charge, only the care package cost.
Expedited Shipping
If you need a care package shipped overnight, please contact us for pricing.
Timely Delivery
We cannot be responsible for the efficiency of any postal service. During holiday seasons please order early to insure delivery.
